Your First Visit

We understand that starting care can come with questions. Our goal is to make your experience simple, comfortable, and informative from the moment you walk through our doors.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Hear from Ceirra, our New Patient Advocate, as she walks you through what your first visit will look like as a new patient. For more information on each part of your first visit, see below.

Posture Assessment

Before meeting with the doctor, we'll take posture photos to evaluate how your body is aligned. These images help us identify imbalances, postural distortions, and areas of stress that may be affecting your health and function.

Examination

A thorough orthopedic, neurological, postural, and spinal examination will be performed to evaluate how your body is functioning and identify areas of concern.

Digital X-Rays

When clinically appropriate, digital X-rays may be taken to provide a detailed look at the structure and alignment of your spine. This allows us to make recommendations based on objective findings rather than assumptions.

Report of Findings

At your Report of Findings appointment, we'll review everything we discovered, explain what it means, answer your questions, and discuss our recommendations moving forward.

Personalized Care Plan

If care is recommended, we'll create a plan tailored to your individual needs, goals, and examination findings.
